SSSM ID: Samagra Portal is an initiative of the Madhya Pradesh State Government to offer several online as well as offline services to residents of Madhya Pradesh. The main goal behind the Samagra portal is a variety of welfare schemes, financial services, and facilities to the residents. After registration, 8 digit unique Samagra Parivar ID has been given to all the families and 9 digit unique Samagra ID to all the members. Samagra Unique ID is completely free and given to all. It will remain the same throughout life time. The person himself can also know the overall unique ID of himself and the family member by visiting the samagra portal spr.samagra.gov.in, samagra.gov.in.

At present, on the basis of Samagra ID on the Samagra Portal, various schemes such as Scholarship (School), Food at low rates under Public Distribution System (PDS), Insurance, All Pension Schemes, Marriage Assistance, Ex-gratia, National Family Assistance Scheme, Aamiri Benefit of insurance and maternity leave assistance etc. is being given. The amount is being paid in the savings accounts registered and verified on the portal of the beneficiaries. This has made it possible to ensure transparency in the beneficiary-oriented schemes and the benefits of the schemes easily.

Benefits of SSSM ID

  • Verification of 100% beneficiaries and duplication of schemes will be avoided.
  • Assistance will be available to the beneficiary through bank / post office immediately.
  • There will be transparency in the scheme. The information to the beneficiaries will be provided on the portal.
  • Verified information of citizens will be helpful to nationalized banks in opening savings accounts.
  • The citizens will get freedom from applying repeatedly and the government offices will have to do the verification work again and again.

Types of Samagra ID

Government of Madhya Pradesh providing two types of Composite IDs they are First Family Samagra ID and Second Member Samagra ID.

  • The family composite ID given to a family is called ‘Parivar Samagra ID’ and this ID have eight digits.
  • The Samagra ID given to every member of that family is called the member’s composite ID and this ID have 9-digits.

  • Applicants should be a permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Aadhaar Card, 10th Marksheet, Ration Card
  • Permanent Resident Certificate
  • Passport Size photo
  • Valid Mobile number

Register Family on MP Samagra Portal

  1. Visit the Official Website MP Samagra Portal.
  2. On the MP Rojgar Homepage, Under “Services For Citizens” >> Register Family > Click on the Option
  3. Now enter the following details
    • Address Related Details
    • Details of Family Head
    • Upload Required Documents
    • Add your Family Members Details
  4. Enter security captcha code and click on Register Application Button for the final submission of the application.

Print Samagra ID Card

  1. Visit the Official Website MP Samagra Portal.
  2. On the MP Rojgar Homepage, Under “Services For Citizens” >> Print Composite Member Card > Click on the Option.
  3. Now enter Family ID and security code then click on See button.
  4. Samagra ID card will open in front of you, after which you can print it.

Print Composite Member Card

  1. Visit the Official Website MP Samagra Portal.
  2. On the MP Rojgar Homepage, Under “Services For Citizens” >> Print Composite Member Card > Click on the Option.
  3. Now enter Family ID and security code then click on See button.
  4. Composite Member Card will open in front of you, after which you can print it.

Update Overall SSSM ID Profile

  1. Visit the Official Website MP Samagra Portal.
  2. On the MP Rojgar Homepage, Under “Services For Citizens” >> Update Overall Profile > Click on the Option.
  3. You can update the following things in the SSSM ID Profile.
    • Update Date Of Birth
    • Update Name
    • Update Gender
    • Request A Family Migration
    • Identify Duplicate Members
    • Identify Duplicate Family
    • Search Request
    • Search Family Request
  4. Click on any one of the above
  5. Enter required
  6. details and attach any one of the following details.
    • Birth Certificate
    • 10th Class Marksheet
    • Pan Card
    • Passport
    • Driving License
    • Certificate issued by doctor
    • Voter ID Card
  7. On this page enter Samagra ID, confirm Samagra ID and enter captcha
  8. Then click on Get Members Details button.
  9. Through this you can update your SSSM ID profile details.
